Designed by the architects Robin Kirschke of the Itten + Brechbühl SA practice in Lausanne and Marc Werren from GWJ Architectes SA in Berne, with Baumag Generalbau AG in Nyon as its general contractor, the GEOPOLIS project was the winning entry in the architectural competition for this site. The building, which will house two UNIL faculties, is expected to open at the start of the 2012 academic year.

Work in progress
