The future of 3.5 billion human beings ( i.e. approx. the population of India, also 43% of the world population) and the Indian environmental ecosystem is dependent on impact businesses (profit or not for profit). Foreign investment direct or through investment funds is going to play a key role in helping make a better India and hence a better world.

Therefore, in order to enable more impact oriented investments into India, I would like to present to the participants of this conference an objective view of the routes, instruments, regulations and law of foreign investment in India. I will also talk about some of the laws that have been specifically put in place to encourage foreign investment into startups in India.

I believe this talk will inspire, inform, educate and act as a resource for building a career as a global impact professional - lawyers, academicians, thinkers or business leaders will benefit from this information.  It will help those interested in foreign investment, impact, India, building an exciting and adventurous career or start-ups in general.

En raison de l'épidémie du Coronavirus qui sévit en Suisse et partout ailleurs, cette manifestation est reportée. Une nouvelle date sera communiquée ultérieurement.
