tromer - generating gene models from raw transcriptome data

The transcriptome analyzer (tromer) project aims to provide tools to determine and document all the transcribed parts of a genome. The transcribed parts are defined by analyzing experimental evidence, like expressed sequence tags (EST) and other mRNA sequences.

The transcriptome data, including transcribed regions, splice variants, SAGE mappings, MPSS mappings, Affymetrix chips mappings, etc., for several organisms are available from our anon FTP server.
