Oral and Posters Presentations
You need to prepare a five minutes - five slides presentation and a poster
Each participant will have the opportunity to present her (his) abstract orally: ten minutes - five-six slides (maximum) oral presentation without discussion. You need to bring a poster as well. Posters will be posted during the whole conference
One computer will be used for all the presentations.
Please bring your powerpoint slides on a CD or a USB key
Oral presentations will be followed by poster sessions where extensive discussions will be held in the poster area.
The dimensions of the poster boards are :
Height: 1,20 m.
Width: 1,00 m.
