Do you need a visa for Switzerland ?

Please inquire well in advance (2-3 months) at the Swiss Embassy or Consulate in your country to find out whether a visa is necessary or not.

The secretarial office of the Cours de vacances can produce an attestation d'inscription. It may help you with your query to get a visa. Please note that we do not help the students for their actual visa application.

If you come to Switzerland to study for one term or more, you can ask the Admissions Department for further information. You can also have a look at their website (www.unil.ch/immat, clic on "more info").

Let us know as soon as possible that your visa is still on hold ! At least before the payment deadline of June the 4^th 2013.

In these exceptional circumstances, we can extend the validity of your pre-enrolment.

Please inform the secretarial office (Tel : +41 21 692 30 90 or coursdevacances@unil.ch) :

1. If you haven't paid the fee, we will cancel your pre-enrolment and offer your place to someone else.

2. If you have already paid the fee, we will send you a "repayment form" so that you can get your money back (minus 50 CHF for administrative costs).

Important : no application for repayment will be accepted after the Thursday before the course begins (27^th of June, 18^th of July and 8^th of August respectively).

Note that the refunds will be done in october 2013.
