Cancellation and repayment

please don't forget to cancel your registration. You can inform us by phone, by fax, by e-mail or even by post mail. We thank you in advance.

Before the enrolment and payment deadline of the 4^th of June 2013:
If you have paid the fee and you can't attend the course, please note that we charge 50 CHF for administrative costs.

After the enrolment deadline :
We charge an extra-fee of 100 CHF on the repayment, unless there is a proven and serious motive of cancellation (visa refused, illness, ...) : in that case we nevertheless hold 50 CHF due to administrative costs.

Last deadline :
No application for repayment will be considered after the Thursday before the  course begins: the number of classes is set and the professors are hired.
27^th of June 2013 (for the session starting on the 1^st of July),
18^th of July 2013 (for the session starting on the 22^nd of July),
8^th of August 2013 (for the session starting on the 12^th of August)

IMPORTANT : No application for repayment will be considered in case of a cancellation of the afternoon courses (pronunciation, grammar and writing courses).

Please note that the refunds will be made in october 2013.
