Proteomic analysis of protein dysfunction

In collaboration with the CNP and the Lausanne University Hospital, DBCM researchers are applying recent advances in proteomics, including differential infrared protein labeling, to analyse the mechanistic bases of protein dysfunction in brains from Alzheimer patients and in mouse models of the disease - see Riederer.
