1.- In vitro reconstitution of human Hsp70 system and its implication in protein misfolding problems.2.- The mechanism of the ClpB co-chaperone in concert with the polypeptide unfoldase action of the Hsp70/Hsp40/NEF system.
3.- To address the possible polypeptide unfoldase action of the GroEL/GroES chaperonin systems using heat/cold denatured monomeric proteins as substrates.
