  • Evolutionary history of species (phylogeography and domestication of the olive tree)

  • Gene history and evolution of adaptive traits (C4 photosynthesis in Poaceae)

  • Genetic resource management (descriptive analyses of the genetic diversity in Platanus and Olea, detection of QTLs for phomopsis resistance in Helianthus, and identification of genomic blocks with non Mendelian transmission due to parental effects in Picea
