LGBT (Sexual Orientation) Law
Objective
This site is dedicated to sexual orientation law, i.e. legal issues pertaining to sexual orientation and/or gender identity. This field includes fields such as criminal law, human rights law, anti-discrimination law, and family law.
The Chair of Public International Law publishes regularly in this field and represents Switzerland and Liechtenstein in the European Commission of Experts on Sexual Orientation Law (ECSOL).
