Morphology

Morphology is the study of the form and structure of organisms. The DNF is the only Department teaching Morphology in the Faculty of Biology and Medicine.

At the DNF, morphology is taught in the broad sense, from the structure of molecules to cells and organs and finally organisms. The richness of the morphology teaching reflects the diversity of research at the DNF.

The DNF offers courses and training in Morphology for :

  • The School of Medicine with Bachelor degree courses in histology, embryology and neuroanatomy
