| General presentation | The Bachelor's degree in Psychology consists of one main discipline - the Major in Psychology (120 ECTS credits) - and one secondary discipline - the optional Minor (60 ECTS credits). The first year of the Major allows students to acquire basic methodological tools (statistics, etc) and to discover fundamental aspects of psychology. They also start learning certain disciplines that cast additional light on psychology, such as biology, sociology, linguistics, etc. In the second and third years, new subjects are introduced. The methodological knowledge is deepened and extended to new fields (psychological interview, test and psychological assessment, etc). The study plan also includes an element of personal work which requires the student to write a paper. In parallel, teaching related to the Minor provides the student with complementary knowledge of another discipline and thus extends the range of studies. |
