Programme description:
The aim of the "Ecology and Evolution" doctoral programme is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and scientific methods through seminars, to organise workshops with the participation of foreign guest experts, and to improve communication skills and the academic value of research through proficiency in Scientific English. It also gives participants experience in organising scientific events (conventions, seminars) and enables them to establish networks for cooperation and personal contacts facilitating the acquisition of intellectual independence.
 

Duration of the programme: 3-4 years

Registration deadline for the doctoral programme:
Anytime, subject to registration as a doctoral student in biology in one of the five partner universities.

Admission conditions:
To be admitted to the "Ecology and Evolution" doctoral programme, candidates must be contracted to a partner Swiss university and be the holder of a Master’s/first degree in an appropriate field.
