Programme description:
The "Language Sciences" doctoral programme concentrates essentially on the areas of discourse analysis, semantics, syntax, sociolinguistics, history of linguistics and automated language processing. Its goal is to offer opportunities for exchanges to doctoral and post-doctoral students and university teachers. It aims to provide an active experience of scientific communication and to enable young researchers to develop their international contacts. It also encourages the co-supervision of theses.

Duration of the programme: 3 years

Teaching language: French and English

Registration for the doctoral programme, teaching blocks and workshops is compulsory and is possible online on the Sciences of Language doctoral programme website (langage.cuso.ch). Registration for the doctoral programme is possible at any time. The registration deadline specific to each activity is mentioned in the relevant description.

Admission conditions:
The doctoral programme is open to all doctoral and postgraduate students in Sciences of Language at CUSO Universities, as well as teachers, Doctors and Professors at CUSO Universities.
