Bibliography

Literature on quantitative methods applied in archaeology is extensive. Here are only few titles dealing mostly with classical archaeology that we will often refer to during the forthcoming workshop. The idea is to propose a common framework by listing the main articles and books about quantification methods and their application in classical archaeology. Most of the titles are in fact written by the participants to the workshop.
This preliminary bibliography is obviously open to any addition you might suggest. As a reminder, the workshop will focus on Early Iron Age Greece, but other periods are not excluded if they can throw light on methodological issues.
