Introduction | Professional Openings

Introduction
Starting autumn 2009, universities of Neuchâtel and Lausanne will jointly offer an MSc in biogeosciences.
This master is the result of integration of two areas in natural sciences: biology and geology. It relies on the emergence of new research fields at the multiple borders between those two disciplines. Its main objective is to prepare students to the new cross-domain disciplines based on an integrated approach to the natural and anthropized environment.
This Master of Science, absolutely unique, offers an integrated reading of nature, both multidisciplinary and multi-scale. It offers a very strong scientific potential and a high education quality trough practical work, numerous labs and field trips. It is completed by a thorough personal research work in the form of a Master thesis.
