University exchange agreements

HEC Lausanne and UNIL have concluded numerous exchange agreements with more than 130 leading universities and colleges around the world. These agreements enable students and researchers to enrich their academic experience through training or research in other institutions.

QTEM network

Thanks to the international QTEM (Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management) network of which it is a co-founder, HEC Lausanne links a selection of is Master students with universities and companies all over the world. The program, which is organized around two stays abroad and one internship, enables participants to develop their skills in analytical and quantitative techniques in an international context.

SCANCOR

Based in the highly prestigious Stanford University in the US, SCANCOR (Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research) provides a leading-edge academic cooperation platform for organisational studies, at the crossroads between science and organisations. HEC Lausanne joined the consortium as an associate member in January 2017. The arrangement with SCANCOR allows junior and senior researchers from HEC Lausanne to spend three to six months working on their research at Stanford. 

Swiss Finance Institute

The School is supported by and works with the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI). This a private foundation created by key players in the banking and finance industries and by Swiss universities, in order to support research, doctoral studies and continuing education in banking and finance. The institute is funded by Swiss banks, the SMI, Swiss universities and the Confederation.
