Complementary examination of Swiss universities (ECUS)

Candidates required to sit the complementary examination of Swiss universities (ECUS), must return their completed application before 30 April 2013, 28 February for candidates needing a visa to study in Switzerland. Enrolment forms for the ECUS are provided by UNIL at the same time as the certificate of admission to registration. |

| Students required to sit the ECUS cannot register with the University of Lausanne until they have passed this exam. A second failure is final. Succeeding in the ECUS does not exempt the candidates from fulfilling any other admission conditions. |

| This exam takes place in Geneva (CH) from 14 to 24 August 2013. |

| Content
Four mandatory subjects: French, Mathematics, English and History (including introduction to Law). One optional subject from among the following: 1. Physics Note: for the following faculties/schools, the choice is restricted: ESC: 1, 2 or 3; |

The diploma from the School of French as a Foreign Language (EFLE) does not grant exemption from passing the ECUS. |
