The microprobe is equipped with 5 WDS spectrometers with LIF, PET, TAP, LDE1 and LDE2 crystals including two high intensity spectrometers with LIF and PET crystals. All elements from B to U can be analyzed. 1 EDS e2v Silicon Drift Detector. A large selection of natural and synthetic standards is available.
