Soirée Bruxelloise
We would like to thank all the alumni who attended the "Soirée Bruxelloise" on occasion of our visit to the EU institutions. On 13 February with mussels, French fries and Beer at Leon's we had a great time with many colleagues working at the Commission and the other institutions and also in law firms and NGOs. Looking forwards to seeing you next time again!

EU News: Click & Read (December 2007 Edition)
This monthly information bulletin produced by the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law contains a selection of official documents of the European Union. The choice of documents will be based upon the interests of readers in Switzerland. In that sense, the bulletin will appeal in particular to higher education institutions, federal and cantonal administrations, legal practitioners and business people.

Contact your fellow alumni!
We are very happy with the fact that 33 members have registered with Facebook to keep in touch with the programme...but of course we know that there are another 500 of you who may not know the initiative or who have postponed their registration...Please re-launch them in order for this tool to become a tool for all of you. We will soon start to organize local events and conferences that you should not miss...
New LLM Programme
As announced earlier we are in the final phase of re-launching the LLM programme thereby allowing students who would like to do so to study entirely in English (which is the main reason why I write only in English) and to take the programme part-time while working. There will also be more courses in International Economic and Business Law but we will keep a stream specializing in European Law which remains unique for Switzerland. So please if you know anybody for whom this programme could be of interest tell them about it...As a small sign of recognition you will be given a copy of the new edition INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC LAW by Qureshi/Ziegler (Sweet & Maxwell, London, 2007) for any candidate definitely enrolled thanks to you. We welcome also ideas about how the programme could be further improved as you are our best source of information and we care about your experience and advice.
Best regards
