The conceptual framework

  • defines the constitutive elements of multilingual and multicultural academic communication competence (including first language/s) and lifelong learning competence
  • contains specific transnationally shared learning outcomes (in EN, FR and DE) and aligned assessment criteria and assessment grids in relation to academic, intercultural and strategic competences
  • provides a coherent and transparent basis on which all MAGICC results are based (pedagogical scenarios, transparency tools, academic ePortfolio)
  • is of particular interest to higher education language teaching staff, faculties and decision makers for curriculum development and language policy issues.
  • is available in an user-friendly interactive online version
