Conférence annuelle ASMP

On the 22nd October 2010 the SMPA General Assembly 2010: Bologna reform and Careers in research and industry will be held in the University Hospital Geneva.

The meeting is open to all SMPA members as well as to researchers, physicians and anyone interested in hearing the latest about the Bologna reform - something bound to concern everyone engaged in higher eduction - as well as the not so "average" career options available to physician-scientists. The meeting offers a high quality programme with recognized speakers (including Dr. Elisabeth Van Gessel, coordinator for the Master programme and Bologna reform, UNIGE medical faculty, Prof. Peter Suter, president of the ASSM/SAMW, Jozef Tournel, Director Global Talent Sourcing, Merck Serono S.A.- Geneva as well as Dr. Roch Ogier, MD-PhD, Medical director, Vifor) who will report on the impact of the Bologna reform for the medical curriculum and on the possibility of medical careers in research and industry.
