Data forwarding

All data about vegetation permanent plots in Switzerland are welcome. The richer the databank, the more useful it will be. Even recent and small permanent plots will get old and perhaps valuable in the future. If you know such plots, contact me (pascal.vittoz(at)unil.ch). You can get below information concerning useful data in German or in French.

The efficiency of permanent plots is strongly improved by a good exchange of data

Permanent plots have large potential and we understand that one may have reserves to transmit the data to someone else. But data may be more useful connected to other Swiss permanent plots and the data bank is a good way to insure a good conservation of these data as well. To protect private data, we develop a deontology giving to the owner full control on his plots and the records as long as he is interested by his project. You can get this deontology in German or in French.
