R'Equip Grant Application
A R'Equip Grant Application for the purchase of a high resolution mass spectrometer has been submitted to the Swiss National Foundation. The SNF did not support this request.
Find below the full application document, with the letters of support of about 20 scientists and the negative reply from the SNF to our application (November , 2010). SNF considered that this was not a high priority project whereas Swiss Universities are running behind various European countries in the field of medical metabolomics. As usual the true reasons remain hidden and I suppose that this negative reply is rather political than scientific.
