If your university is a partner institution of the UNIL, make enquiries and then submit your application to your "Study abroad office" or "International relations office" at your home university.

During your stay at the University of Lausanne, you may:

• Attend regular courses taught in French, or in English (Business, Economics, Biology or English Literature);
• Study French full-time during the academic year and/or the summer or winter break;
• Study French part-time and attend regular courses taught in English or French.

At the UNIL, courses are given on a semester basis. You are thus welcome to join us for one semester only.

Please note that this programme is only for students currently studying at a university with which the University of Lausanne has an agreement of cooperation. Please see our database to check if this is the case. If not, you can register at the UNIL as a guest student.
