Enrolment tax
Enrolment tax for full-time students at the University (with exception of post-graduates) amounts to CHF 580.- per semester.
At undergraduate level, all exchange students at the UNIL are exempted from paying enrolment tax for courses.

- Financial help from the Social Commission (Commission sociale) of the UNIL (under certain conditions).
Post-graduate level

Study grants may be awarded in the context of some exchange programmes and conventions at the UNIL. Your home university can give you information on this possibility.
