UNIL - EPFL Chaplaincy is the presence of both Catholic and Protestant churches on campus. The chaplains are available to the entire University community (students, personnel and professors alike).
The chaplains organise a wide variety of programmes and animations such as: debates, outings, meditation, a Gospel choir as well as shared moments of conviviality.
They also collaborate with various religious groups on campus.
The chaplains' team is comprised of two Protestant ministers, a Priest and a qualified layperson.
About the Chaplaincy
Through an open attitude, dialogue, and respect for each individual and their convictions as well as for the more human and spiritual aspects of life, the Chaplaincy offers a wide range of activities :
- Welcoming events for newcomers
- Meditation (recharging of one's batteries)
- Theological and ethical discussions
- Interdenominational gatherings
- Travel opportunities
- Opportunities for spiritual development
- One to one discussions
Finally, the Chaplaincy is also responsible for the welcoming and facilitating other faiths and beliefs on campus.
