The goal of my current project is to characterize the evolution of expression modules (sets of genes expressed under the same conditions) in animals, especially in relation to developmental processes.

Born in 1982 in Slupsk, Poland.

Marc Robinson-Rechavi's lab, Department of Ecology and Evolution & Sven Bergmann’s lab, Department of Medical Genetics, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

6 months of Biostatistics placement in the ProfileXpert Platform in Bron, France (part of the Lifelong Learning Programme/Erasmus).

2003 – 2008
Master studies in Applied Mathematics at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland.

6 months of Socrates- Erasmus exchange at ENS in Lyon, France. Work in the Laboratory of Immunology of Viral Infection.

2001 – 2006
Master studies in Biotechnology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland.
