I am bioinformatician with broad interests: evolution, computer science and machine learning. I am using statistics and data analysis to answer life science questions.
My project is related to phylogeny and Darwinian selection.
Currently I am working on dN/dS-based codon substitution models of positive selection, their biological applicability and computational efficiency, especially for the large datasets.
