My research interests focus on understanding the evolution of gene expression and its regulation through genetics and epigenetics mechanisms in primates.
Using second-generation technologies, I am currently focused on 2 different projects, one dealing with the regulation of alternative splicing and the second investigating the influence of DNA methylation on gene expression.
