Cytology, anatomy, developmental biology, and taxonomy of Hymenomycetes, with special interest in agarics, boletes and related groups. Elaboration of techniques for microtomy and microscopy of fungi, with special interest in methods for the investigation of fruit body development and rhizomorph structure.
