Introduction to clinical medicine

The main goals of this course is to have the students able to:

  • Describe the basic principles underlying human clinical medicine

  • Explain the concepts and language used in clinical medicine and research

Contents

This lessons of 23 hours is structured in two successive parts:

  • 17 hours of theoretical courses given by clinicians and biologists involved in biomedical research

  • 6 hours of practical work showing functional explorations in medical office

Moreover, an appointment with a patient is organized, to the extent possible.
