What is psychological harassment?

Psychological harassment (mobbing) is a series of hostile remarks or actions that create a negative working environment, characterized, in particular, by frequently repeated behaviors (words, actions and writing) over a given period.

These behaviors are carried out by one or more people seeking to isolate, marginalize or even exclude someone in their workplace (see art. 3, para.1 of the Regulation on managing conflicts at work and combating harassment (PDF, in French)).
