Administrative and technical staff

Workshops for Administrative and Technical Personnel (PAT)

Progress in your career as a woman
Act to support equality as a team manager
Together towards equality

Support for women’s careers and developing skills in equality among supervisory staff are some of the objectives in UNIL’s statement of intentions for 2017-2021.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Equal Opportunities Office is running a new series of training workshops in 2018 aimed at Administrative and Technical Personnel.

2019 Programme

“Recruitment: how to promote an egalitarian process?” workshop

Gender equality is a lever for innovation, performance and attractiveness for organisations. Recruitment and career development processes must therefore be designed to make this equality a reality at all levels of the hierarchy. However, unconscious biases can influence recruitment at each stage.

Come and discover the tools and approaches that can be implemented and the possible benefits for the organization. This workshop combines theoretical content, discussions, concrete tools and simulations.
