In your activities, you will be required to:

Participate in scientific projects

Participate in the maintenance of the platform infrastructure

Participate in management tasks and external activities of the platform

Your profile

To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

ES diploma and continuing education in the field

Experience in laboratory work, optical and/or electron microscopy and/or histology. This aspect is not eliminatory, internal training will be provided.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn and supportive spirit

Spoken and written English, level B2

When the EMF helps to visualize the microbiome of bees…

We are proud to have contributed to the this study published in « Nature Microbiology ». Jean Daraspe has received the bee guts and prepare them for EM and NanoSIMs. Then he took TEM images of fields of view where the bacteriae are visible in gut before giving the samples to the group of A Meibom that has performed NanoSIMS on them… Many thanks to the group of Pr Engel to recognize the contribution of the EMF to this study and Congratulations for this pioneered work!
