With a budget of €95.5 billion, Horizon Europe (HEU) is the European Union's research and innovation framework programme for the period 2021-2027.

It comprises 3 pillars:

HEU covers the entire innovation chain, from idea to market, with simplified access (accelerated award procedure, simplified cost model, etc.).
