Michael Ilg is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Law, University of Calgary. His research and writing is currently divided between the law of private obligations and constitutional theory. On the private obligations side, recent work has addressed unconscionability and electronic standard form contracts, as well as contract variation. He has a PhD in law from the University of British Columbia. His LL.M. and J.D. are from Queen’s University, Kingston. Professor Ilg is a member of the Alberta bar
