Special stains and TUNEL
Special staining includes a multitude of different staining techniques (approximately 100). A brief description of some of the more commonly used techniques is given in the document below (Special staining and TUNEL). Please inquire should you desire using a technique which does not appear in our short list.
Included in this category is Immunohistochemistry. As indicated in Prices and Services, both characterized and uncharacterized antibodies can be used. Characterization of an antibody incurs supplemental costs. No guarantee of success can be given for an uncharacterized antibody. The MPF has already characterized a large number of antibodies. Please inquire if the use of a specific antibody is anticipated.
