Protein identification, characterisation and quantitation by Mass Spectrometry

Sample preparation (digestion, cleanup)

Digestion of protein samples for mass spectrometry analysis. Includes determination of protein concentration and cleanup of peptide mixtures (when needed).

Sample preparation : fractionation, enrichment, other

This category of sample preparation includes for example fractionation of peptide mixtures by basic-RP OR enrichment of phosphopeptides.

LC-MS/MS run : long gradient

Analytical nano-LC-MS/MS for analysis of complex mixtures. Uses a 100-min effective gradient. DDA or DIA acquisition.

LC-MS/MS run : short gradient

Analytical nano-LC-MS/MS for analysis of low complexity mixtures. Uses a 30-min effective gradient. DDA or DIA acquisition.

Data analysis (per sample)

Includes data handling and processing for peptide/protein ID and quantitation. Includes basic dataset analysis and reporting.

Data analysis (per sample) from 12 samples

Same as above, batch price for 12 or more samples submitted and treated simultanously.

Special data analysis (per hour)

In-depth, ad hoc data analysis for complex quantitative experiments, PTM studies etc.

Large scale or multi-stage sample preparation (per batch or experiment), incl. reagents (for ex. TMT)

For TMT experiments this includes sample digestion, labelling and processing of TMT mix. Does not include labelling QC, fractionation (if needed) nor phospho-enrichment. Also covers large scale digestion and sample preparation for other special workflows (ex. PTMscan).

SILAC reagents per 2 x 100ml (or 2 x 250ml)

SILAC growth media are provided including dialysed serum and heavy/labelled amino acids in a kit with instructions.

1D gel separation

Protein separation on minigel with colloidal Coomassie staining and imaging.

Printing on 1-pad, 4-pador 16-pad nitrocellulose slideusing GeSim nanoPlotter.

RPPA: Slide detection (per slide)

Detection with 1 (1-pad slide) or 4 (4-pads) slide antibodies.

Supplement if antibodies are provided by the PAF (part of our collection).

Targeted analysis of proteins by western in capillaries

Capillary electrophoresis-antibody detection (JESS)

Includes sample preparation, protein concentration determination, JESS run with 24 samples, detection, normal data analysis. Specific antibodies must be provided by users unless already available. Several options exist for detection, contact us to discuss.

Antibodies for Capillary electrophoresis-antibody detection (JESS) OR secondary detection

Includes additional antibodies for capillary electrophoresis detection when provided by the facility. Alternatively covers secondary detection step (analog to strip/reprobe) when performed.
