RPPA

Protein extracts are spotted onto nitrocellulose-coated slides with a non-contact piezoelectric printer. Immunoprobing is performed on the slides with signal amplification.

• 0.8 nl sample volume ie 2-10 cell equivalents per spot.
• Up to 2'000 spots/slide.
• 96 samples tested with 3 antibodies in 2 days.
• 20 samples tested with 12 antibodies in 2 days.
• 10 samples tested with48 antibodies in 2 days.
