• 24 independant antibody/samples combinations per run
• 0.6 - 1.2 µg sample/lane
• 3 µl sample/lane
• 10 µl antibody dilluted solution/lane
• Molecular weight ranges from 2-440 kDa
• Only 1hr hands-on time
• 3hr30 run
• Detection by chemiluminescence and/or fluorescence (Near Infra Red or InfraRed)

6 samples were tested with 4 different antibodies using either one run of Jess or 2 SDS-PAGE followed by western blotting(wet transfer).
