The Cardiovascular and Metabolism (CVM) PhD program is a thematic orientation within the UNIL doctoral school in Life Sciences. 
To enter the CVM program, you need to mark this thematic orientation of your PhD studies during your online enrollment with the UNIL admissions office already.
In addition, please complete the CVM registration form below and send it to the CVM program coordinator (scan is sufficient):
