Monthly charges included :

Water,  heating,  electricity,  Wi-Fi,  fire insurance,  theft insurance.

Final booking :

1 month rent in advance on our bank account.

In addition to the rent :

+ 1 month rental guarantee deposit, to pay on a particular bank account, within 10 days after the arrival.

+ chf 75.- key deposit, to pay upon arrival in cash on our bank account.

+ chf 7.-/month - collective compulsory liability insurance, charged with the rent.

+ chf 120.- weekend in September.

Taxe de séjour :

chf 37.-/month directly invoiced by the Lausanne Taxe de séjour Office. Exempted : tenants registered upon their arrival with the Lausanne Inhabitants Office as -university exchange students -bursary recipients, -under contract of employment with the "impôt à la source" salary deduction, as well as swiss citizens, whose main or secondary address is recorded in Lausanne.

In case of withdrawal :

The whole amount of the first rent, which is to be paid entirely within 15 days after signing the rental agreement, is refunded if the request to release is announced more than two months before the beginning of the contract, and half of the first rent is returned if the request to release is announced less than two months before the starting date.

If cancellation is due to a force majeure event (illness, accident), 2/3 of the first rent is returned.

In a second time, deductions are reimbursed if the room can be re-rented.
