Yves Pigneur est Professeur honoraire de management et de systèmes d’informations à la Faculté des HEC de l’Université de Lausanne.

Avec Alexander Osterwalder, ils sont les co-auteurs du bestseller « Business Model Generation », un manuel pour les visionnaires, pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent changer les règles du jeu et les challengers, traduit en 30 langues (BMGEN). En 2014, ils ont publié leur nouveau livre, “Value Proposition Design”.

Yves donne de nombreuses conférences et anime des ateliers sur la conception de business modèles à travers le monde, que ce soit pour les universités, les grandes organisations, dans le cadre d’événements dédiés à l’entrepreneuriat ou lors de conférences internationales.

Avec Alex Osterwalder, il figure au classement mondial des plus grands penseurs en management « Thinkers50 ».

Yves Pigneur a obtenu son doctorat à l’Université de Namur en Belgique. Il a été professeur-invité à Georgia State University, University of British Columbia, National University of Singapore, et HEC Montréal et également rédacteur en chef de la revue académique « Systèmes d’Information & Management » (SIM).

Michael Rockinger is Full Professor of Finance at HEC Lausanne, University of Lausanne, and a member of the Swiss Finance Institute. 

His research aims to obtain solutions that work in practice and are not only mathematical beauties. His current research focuses on:

Financial stability with a particular emphasis on early warning tools that allow detection of firms that represent a systemic risk. 

Various aspects of portfolio management. In one strand of research, his focus is on Asset and Liability allocations for pension funds under realistic scenarios. Another strand considers the construction of portfolios that are more resilient towards crashes than Markowitz portfolios.

His publications range from Econometrica to the Journal of Finance.

Minyue Dong started her career in a financial institution and followed by three-year entrepreneurship experience in China. She also worked as an experienced consultant in Arthur Andersen (Hong Kong). In 2006, Minyue obtained the PhD degree in economies majored in management and started her professorship in Switzerland. Her main teaching and research interests are financial instruments, bank accounting and reporting, merge & acquisition. Minyue has led several executive training programs for Chinese major banks. Owning to her experiences as entrepreneur, consultant, and professor, Minyue serves as finance expertise for investment projects, especially between Chinese and European enterprises. 

Pierre-Marie Glauser is a tax law professor at HEC Lausanne, University of Lausanne. He is also a partner of Oberson Abels SA, a Swiss based Law Firm specialised in tax matters. His teaching and research topics cover corporate tax matters, in particular in the field of mergers & acquisitions, financing and general tax matters pertaining to the company and its shareholders, as well as VAT.

His research in the field of VAT and corporate tax law gave rise to numerous contributions in several tax journals. He also regularly appears in conferences where he speaks on his research topics.

Pierre-Marie is also member of the Federal Supervisory Board of the VAT Administration and participated actively to the issuance of a new VAT law in Switzerland.

Pierre-Marie Glauser holds a PhD in tax law from the University in Geneva and a Master in law (Lic. iur. HSG) and in business (Lic. oec HSG) from the University of St. Gallen. He is also a certified Swiss Tax Expert and an attorney at law admitted to the bar.

Eric Jondeau is Full Professor of Finance at HEC Lausanne, University of Lausanne, and a Faculty Member of the Swiss Finance Institute.

He graduated from the French National School of Statistics and Economics (ENSAE, Paris) and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He is also fellow of the French Actuaries Institute.

Before joining HEC Lausanne in 2004, he worked in the French banking industry (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Banque Indosuez) and at Banque de France from 1995 to 2004. He has been the Director of the Institute of Banking and Finance from 2006 to 2012 and is now the Director of the Center for Risk Management – Lausanne (CRML).

His main research interests are financial econometrics, the modelling of asset prices, portfolio allocation under non-normality, pension funds, systemic risk, and the estimation of rational expectations models. His papers have been published in a variety of academic journals including the Journal of Econometrics, the Review of Finance, the Journal of Monetary Economics, the Journal of Financial Econometrics, and the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics.

Felicitas Morhart is a professor of Marketing at HEC Lausanne, University of Lausanne.

She studied communication science, organizational psychology and media law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) in Munich, Germany. She received her PhD in Marketing from the University of St. Gallen in 2008 and spent nine months as a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In 2009, Felicitas joined the University of Lausanne as an assistant professor, and obtained nomination as Full Professor in 2014. In 2013, Felicitas was elected among the “Top 40 below 40” by the Swiss business magazine Bilanz.

Felicitas’ research interest revolves around the question of how companies can create meaning and well-being for stakeholders (especially customers, employees, managers, and society) through their marketing and branding activities. Her central work lies at the intersection of marketing, management/leadership, and business ethics, such as her work on brand-specific transformational leadership, transformational selling, brand authenticity, and eudaimonic consumption. Her work has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of Advertising Research, Harvard Business Manager, Journal of Consumer Psychology and Psychology & Marketing, among others.

Jean-Philippe Bonardi is Professor of Strategic Management and former Dean of HEC Lausanne, the Faculty of Business and Economics of University of Lausanne. His research focus is on the relationships between firms’ strategies and public policies, including technology and environmental policies. He has also acted as a consultant to various companies in Europe and North America and has taught and designed Executive education programs for companies and international organizations. Currently Professor Bonardi is co-Managing Director of the ‘Enterprise for Society’ (E4S) center, jointly created by University of Lausanne, Ecole Polytechnique of Lausanne (EPFL) and Institute for Management Development (IMD). 

Manuel Leuthold spent 27 years with UBS where he held several positions, among others Head of Corporate and Institutional Clients Switzerland and Member of the Swiss Executive Committee. He also spent 4 years as Chief Administrative Officer of the Edmond de Rothschild Group. He is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCGE by the Geneva State Council on April 2021 and is Chairman of the Board of compenswiss (Swiss Social Security Funds) and has other board memberships in various banks, companies and institutions.

Cyrille Reynard is Managing Director and risk manager at a Swiss bank.  He heads risk management department, internal control processes as well as the credit department. He is Vice Chairman of the Risk Committee, ALM committee, the Credit Committee. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of enterprise risk management. He is the President of the Operational Risk Observatory, a Swiss association, of which he is the co-founder.

Founder and CEO at Metaco SA, a leading company in the field of blockchain and cryptocurrencies backed by Swisscom and Swiss Post. He earned a Ph.D. in mathematical finance at the Swiss Finance Institute and is a Lecturer at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and at Université de Lausanne in distributed ledger technology. 

Jean-Daniel Debons has more than 20 years of experience as a private banking executive. He served as the Head of the private banking, Director of the ultra-high net worth customers at Credit Suisse and UBS. Since 2019, he has been appointed as Associate Partner of Zwei Wealth Group.
