Alena Donda |
Alena is responsible for theoretical P1/P2 biosafety training, biosafety management at BIO3 and notifications to DFAE. Practical biosafety training is provided by the biosafety deputy of individual research groups. Alena is also in charge of chemical safety, chemical waste management, animal necropsy room and P2 room for production of experimental microorganisms in BIO3.

Marko is specifically responsible for the HR needs of colleagues within the DOF (Research Laboratories UNIL).
Marko is in charge of all HR processes relating to the UNIL personnel life cycle, from recruitment procedures to departure procedures, as well as the management of holiday allowances.
He also supports Natasa (Finances/UNIL).

Loris is specifically responsible for the HR needs of colleagues within the following units : LRO (Laboratoires de recherche d'oncologie CHUV), CTE (Center of experimental therapeutics) and ION (Service of immuno-oncology).
Loris is in charge of all administrative processes related to the personnel life cycle, from recruitment procedures to departure procedures.

Vincent is responsible for introducing UNIL IT services to newcomers, IT services (accounts, network), purchases (hardware and software) and general support (installation, troubleshooting).

Jean is responsible for: the welcome of newcomers, biosafety training, equipment purchase (> 3’000 CHF), equipment inventory, equipment management, equipment repair (DEMREP), management of cold space (cold rooms, -80°C and liquid nitrogen storage), the inventory of chemical products, the management of office and lab space and the management of the UNIL ordering system. Jean is also in charge of visitors' access badges.

Nicolas is responsible for the welcome of newcomers, biosafety training, equipment purchase (> 3’000 CHF), equipment inventory, equipment management, equipment repair (DEMREP), management of cold space (cold rooms, -80°C and liquid nitrogen storage), management of office and lab space, management of UNIL ordering system. Nicolas is also C-lab manager and in charge of radioactivity training and dosimeters.
Elsa is responsible for glass and plastic stock management, sterilization of solution, tips and small instruments and washing station room (glass, buckets for centrifuge, etc.)
