Le programme-cadre européen de recherche et d’innovation

Doté d’un budget de 95.5 milliards d’euros, Horizon Europe (HEU) est le programme-cadre de recherche et d'innovation de l'Union européenne pour la période 2021-2027. 

Il est constitué de 3 piliers :

    II. Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness
    III. Innovative Europe

HEU couvre l’ensemble de la chaîne de l’innovation, de l’idée au marché avec un accès simplifié (procédure d’attribution accélérée, modèle de coûts simplifié, etc.).
