Synthetic peptides

The PTCF offers conventional synthetic peptides from the 1 mg to 1 g and from crude to >95% purity. Custom synthesis with unnatural amino acids, fluorochromes and tags are also available on request.

Peptides are produced by conventional solid-phase peptide synthesis using the standard FMOC chemistry thanks to several high-throughput synthesizers from INTAVIS or CSBio. Peptides are purified by preparative HPLC-MS from Agilent Technologies and final QC performed on UPLC-MS from Agilent technologies. Peptides are provided lyophilized with complete certificate of analysis, their identity confirmed by MS and their purity by UV at 215 nm.
