Coming by train

When you arrive in Lausanne's main station, you may either :

Leave the station toward the high side of the city, cross the road and take the subway M2 direction "Croisettes" and get off at "Place de l'Ours". Cross the road and take the Bugnon's Street. The DNF will be 100 meters up the street on your left.


Take a taxi to "Ecole de Médecine, Rue du Bugnon 9". It will cost you about SFr 15.-.

Coming by plane

There are frequent direct trains from Geneva's and Zürich's airports to Lausanne's main train station. The train ride from Geneva is about 35 minutes, and 2 hours from Zürich.

To come from Lausanne train station to the DNF, follow the instructions mentionned above (Coming by train)


Coming by car

From the highway

If you come from Geneva or Neuchatel, take the junction to "Lausanne Nord, Bern". Exit the highway at "Lausanne Vennes".

If you come from Zürich, Bern, Vevey, "Lausanne Vennes" is the first exit to Lausanne. From the exit, follow the directions for "Hopitaux" (hospitals). That will take you on a more or less straight downhill path to Lausanne's main hospital, the CHUV.

When you pass the CHUV on your left (a large building on a hill) simply follow the main road for about 200 meters. The DNF will be on your right. The parking entrance is indicated by a tall blue pole. You should then see the following building:

From Lausanne city

Follow the directions to Vevey and "Hopitaux" (hospitals), drive up the Rue du Bugnon and the parking entrance of the DNF will be on your left, before the CHUV.
