Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)
Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact that aims to promote education, research, and practices focused on social and environmental responsibility within business schools. Its objective is to educate leaders who are aware of global issues and capable of actively contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Signatories commit to adopting and promoting the six principles of PRME, which entail integrating values of social responsibility, ethics, and sustainability into educational programs, research, institutional activities, as well as school partnerships.
HEC Lausanne is a signatory of this initiative and is a member of the regional "DACH-Chapter" since January 2023.
