Cet ouvrage regroupe 8 contributions présentées lors d'un colloque organisé par l'IGUL à Sion et Lausanne du 17 au 20 juin 2008 sur la thématique de la cartographie du géopatrimoine. L'objectif du séminaire était de discuter des différentes initiatives en cours actuellement dans différents pays afin de représenter cartographiquement le patrimoine géomorphologique en vue de le protéger (géoconservation) ou de le valoriser (géotourisme).
